Lynn S. Lund (1942 – 2014) – Bestselling LDS composer, arranger, and gifted musician. At 12 years old, she was ward organist, and at 16, stake organist. With perfect pitch, she could play any song by ear. She started composing songs as a little girl.
In her lifetime, she wrote and arranged nearly 300 choral, piano, and instrumental songs, some of which were featured in LDS church publications and sung around the world. She and her husband, Gerald N. Lund, corroborated on many musical projects, including six cantatas. They are the parents of seven children.
